I booked a room that included breakfast, yet the hotel denied it and charged me; I want a refund for that cost. The staff kept insisting I made the reservation through a third party and that they could do nothing, repeating the same point over and over.

The location is nice, but the Enoteca restaurant was disappointing: the food was bad, the beer stale, the Mediterranean menu bland and limited, and there were very few people on a Saturday night.

The pool was a bit cramped and a friend slipped on the step, but overall the place was good.

The location fit our needs perfectly, the meals we ate were delicious, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, and it was a great little find. Nothing negative.
