The hotel is great and the area is excellent for a reasonable price. The staff are very kind, which I really liked.

The room was clean and the fridge worked. The location was fine. However, several times a day there was some noise, a hum that I couldn't identify, both day and night, which was distracting. The room had windows facing the wall opposite, which I didn't notice when booking. This didn't affect my rating because I didn't investigate further. The air conditioner was placed inconveniently, so I had to cover it with a towel to keep it from blowing on people.

The location and staff were pleasant. The facilities were in poor condition, but the price is low, so I can't complain.

The staff were very cool – young guys who communicated through a translator. The room was clean enough for 1,000 rubles a night. It had a kettle, air conditioner, fridge, and was cleaned daily. Nearby were cafés, shops, and cheap massages. The beach was a 3‑minute walk. One night a cockroach crawled into the room, but no other pests were seen.

The staff were enthusiastic and helped with everything from car rentals to room changes and ironing. The hallway was quite dirty, slick with oil. In the room, the wardrobe was dusty and everything felt old. The air conditioner was okay but leaked water.
