The private entrance and parking were great, but the place felt half‑finished; the walls had open holes, outlets were missing, and there was a huge gap in the front door.

“Terrible experience the hole stay.”

When I arrived I couldn’t get in—no code was sent even though I’d reached out 5 hours early. The staff at the door couldn’t find my reservation, claimed I had no booking, so I had to prove it via email. She didn’t speak English, but a guest on the property translated. The bed creaked with every shift, the pillows were flat and the covers were dirty and torn. Then someone knocked to move me to another room after I’d just unpacked and was about to rest in my pajamas. The new room was hot, dusty, dirty, with torn pillowcases, dust on the ceiling from the fan, and a spider that was the final straw—I’ll never book here again. Nothing else was terrible.

“Do NOT be fooled. This is NOT a suite. It’s a shed with a bed and bathroom.”

There was nothing positive. The place is not a suite; it’s a tiny shed turned into a room and called a SUITE, and it reeks of mold. The email said our room was #5, but there was no staff. We went to door #5, opened it, and found a woman and two kids staying there who didn’t speak English. I showed her the Spanish email and she used an app to explain it was a mistake; our room was #6, a tiny shed behind #5. We went back, opened the door, and the mold smell was overwhelming—I couldn’t stand it all night. There was no staff at all, and the only phone number I could find was international. They refused to refund my money.
