The location was fine. The place was dirty when we arrived: food on the floors, sticky counters, a broken fridge shelf, soiled bedding, and a broken toilet seat.

The location, value, and apartment size are great, though the place is spacious, comfortable, and in a beautiful spot.

“Decent stay, pretty resort with nice amenities, though it should have been properly cleaned not just spot cleaning”

The property is beautiful and close to all the fun Orlando offers, but the check‑in printout had the wrong Wi‑Fi info. I had to call several times until staff realized the mistake. As a remote worker, that was frustrating, though it was finally fixed after 24 hours. Most hotels allow early check‑in if the room is ready, and I received an email saying my room was ready. The sheets were clean, but the overall cleaning was only surface level; the half‑bath still had fecal residue from the previous guest. I called front desk and they sent someone quickly, but the room should have been properly cleaned before my arrival. The map and directions I was given were subpar; driving or bringing a car is easy, but walking directions were unhelpful.

“Not pleasurable for the price of staying here”

The location is fine, but the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was inconsiderate and didn’t listen when I told them the stay was already paid for; they still charged the card on file for the full amount again. I had to go through hoops to reach the “Accounting Department” to get a refund for the double charge. Lights were missing in the unit, baseboards were damaged and dirty, and the fan controller kept falling off the wall, with the battery popping out because there was no back.
