It was okay, but parking was an issue and the fan was broken.

The spot’s perfect for getting around, and the staff were friendly. The room felt cramped and in need of a fresh coat of paint; walls beside the bed had marks and stains, a shelf was half‑hanging and was taken down three days after I checked in, and paint had peeled in places. The shared bathroom, while clean, had plenty of black mold and a DIY‑fixed tub panel; one pillow showed yellow stains and the duvet had an unvented smell. Soundproofing was nonexistent—I could hear the TV in the next room and people walking up and down the stairs, with floorboards creaking on every step. The washing machine in the communal kitchen was handy, but there was nowhere to hang clothes.
The price was great, but the shower pressure was weak and the bath was slick, making it hard to stay in the shower.
Nothing! 1-The hotel is very old, bad smell from the flooring, bathroom, kitchen, cracking floor all day long, 2- Dangerous Electric system from the kitchen which should be checked urgently by the Safety Regulations Companies 3-Very inappropriate and offensive owner to avoid contact with customers at all times!! 4- It is very far from anything 5- Mold present in the room ( please see pictures attached). During my check in I was very badly treated by the owner herself, who refused to neither check me in nor check my bags as I arrived late morning, despite agreeing with the cleaner who was very happy to clean the room which was then going to be free from 11 am, I just wanted to leave my bags, it was a very hot day and had a lower back pain.The owner spotted me through the cameras which are all every wall corners of this smelly and old building that had never updated.She literally called the cleaner and asked to speak to me directly on the phone and said: : "We have agreed you can check in at 1pm, why would you come earlier than 1 pm when we have agreed you can come at 1pm? It is like giving you my finger and you deciding to take my whole arm!". I just couldn't believe the tone of conversation I was having with the owner herself who clearly does not have a clue on how to deal with her own customers.This was a very immature, unexperienced owner, and offensive!! I had no other choice than having to take all of my my bags in this very heated unusual weather and leave the hotel to find a pub 8 minutes away from the hotel and come back for 1pm as she requested. The rooms are better in the pictures than reality, bad smell coming from the hallway, corridor, kitchen that had never been updated in years. Most importantly, there is something very wrong with the kitchen Electric System which needs to be checked by the Safety Regulation System urgently. Walls are very thin, we can hear anyone breathing or walking
