The staff were great and friendly, and the new, clean facilities were a plus. Breakfast was modest but entirely sufficient. The only downside might be the size of the TV relative to the distance from the bed.

I stayed in a cozy, quiet spot close to the sights, and the breakfast was absolutely sufficient – everything was constantly restocked. The staff were helpful and quick to solve any issue, and the room was cleaned daily, including the towels. I was completely satisfied and will book here again.

A very nice hotel with excellent value for money. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable. The modern room with a small kitchenette (microwave with warming function, no stove), a dining table and a sofa was spacious enough, well thought out, and absolutely clean and well maintained. Because our room faced the courtyard, it was also pleasantly quiet – perfect for a relaxing stay. The multilingual staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous. A highlight was the excellent public transport links: the nearest tram stop is only about 150 m away, and a tram runs to the city centre every five minutes (lines 22 and 25). This makes exploring the city convenient and hassle‑free. Nearby the hotel there is a well‑stocked supermarket, various restaurants, and additional shopping options. A special plus is the hotel’s own restaurant Valcha, which offers authentic Czech cuisine, extremely friendly service, and great value for money. The only improvement would be to have microwave‑suitable dishes, such as bowls, available, as that would be a practical addition.
