They were very nice, and I liked everything.

Paint was chipped and peeling, the shower was discolored, beds were rough, there were holes and cracks in walls and doors, light fixtures had no covers, the shower knob and fixtures were corroding, the mirror was peeling, the floor was peeling, green stuff was around the tub and on top of the shower, and I thought the price was too much for the place in the shape it’s in.

It was fairly quiet considering the situation, but clouds of weed smoke drifted in and some of the front‑desk staff had a permanent attitude.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean, but the exterior looked very run down.
