“Wouldn’t stay again.”

The breakfast was the highlight, everything else fell short. The mold in the rooms facing the pool was a problem, and the hotel’s split layout—half outside, half inside—should be disclosed.

“Close in distance to Fort Jackson but won’t book again”

It was fairly close to Fort Jackson. The room was dirty and the shower was breaking apart. The faucet and shower head were very loose. Our room walls and ceiling were very dusty. Cleaning service consisted of taking out trash and new towels only. Beds were only made 1/2 the stay

“Disrespectful staff and accommodations”

The location was good and the managers helped once I finally spoke to them. The staff were rude and unhelpful, laughing at me when I couldn’t get my reservation number on my phone. They falsely claimed their manager wasn’t in the building when I asked to speak to one about a simple issue. Rooms were not clean, the lounge restaurant was poor, and we ordered food that was burned and took an hour to arrive. We asked for a refund because we were tired of waiting, and they refunded us.
