We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived we were horrified—pictures didn’t match reality, it was very dirty and uncomfortable, far from the center, and I don’t recommend staying here.

The morning buffet was fine, but after I gave all my visa details when booking, the front desk said the payment hadn’t gone through and insisted I pay at the counter. I asked for a VAT invoice and still haven’t received it five days later, so I’m asking the booking platform to intervene with the hotel.

The food is tasty. The check‑in took a long time, the housekeeping was poor, and the room wasn’t very clean.

The building is new, with a casino and a pool on a slope that has a brand‑new bar. The sea is 5 minutes away, the mall 5 minutes away, it’s on a non‑tourist street, and it’s quiet. Breakfast is average, and the room is a 4‑star.
