“Great location and facilities.”

The unit was nice and clean with a self‑contained kitchen. Being away from the township was great, and the setting by the wetlands was lovely. Nothing to add.

I appreciated that the property sat on green space and the hot tub was very clean. The cleaning product they used had a strong scent.

Unfortunately the hotel cancelled our booking after we had already confirmed and paid, citing overbooking. We received a full refund, but it forced us to scramble for accommodation at the last minute and change our plans to stay in another town.

nice but a little outdated

The facilities were clean and well‑maintained, and the swimming pool was especially nice. When we first arrived, the key card didn’t work and we had trouble getting into our room. We were all tired from traveling, had a lot of luggage, and it was disappointing and inconvenient. I told the staff member about our luggage, and she offered to help, but she only assisted with one bag and left the rest for us to carry. Given the situation, I expected a bit more help and attention from the staff.
