“Great place, but some elements clearly overpriced”

A very relaxing spot with a great swimming pool, clean air‑conditioned rooms, and a beautiful lake view. The transport price was ridiculous, but we didn’t book it in advance and found cheaper options at the harbor upon arrival. The dinner was overpriced, especially since it was cold and nobody told us it would be served elsewhere from where we were hanging out. Communication was poor on the first day; for instance, I asked for a walk across the island but no one directed me, so I had to figure it out myself, which was unnecessarily challenging given there’s an easy path from the hotel.

The people in charge were kind, friendly, and warm; the air conditioning worked well and the schedule was flexible, with zero complications. The beds and furniture were a bit basic, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Hugo and his wife treated us superbly, the food was tasty, the place is peaceful, I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Bellavista.
