“Es war der enttäuschendste Urlaubsaufenthalt, den wir je erlebt haben!”
The room was fine, everything else was a catastrophe! The breakfast was rather unappetizing. The way to the beach wasn’t direct; we had to go around a few blocks. The owner was incompetent, his assistant was nice but couldn’t speak English (German neither, but that wasn’t a problem for us). NEVER AGAIN, please consider removing it from your program. We booked because the description sounded great, only to find it was a fake. Other guests staying at the same time were also very disappointed.

The location is great—close to beaches and only a 20‑minute walk to the main part of town, where there are plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent air‑conditioning and a superb shower that had plenty of hot water. Maksim was very helpful; he had our room ready early and even stored our luggage for us after we left later than check‑out. Thanks!

My mother and I had a fantastic stay. The room was very spacious, spotless, bright, and quiet, with a large balcony and a beautiful sea view. The beds were very comfortable and of excellent quality, and the blackout curtains were truly effective, letting us sleep soundly all week. The bathroom had every convenience, a bidet, and a shower with perfect temperature and pressure. The air‑conditioning was great, and we appreciated the mosquito‑repellent device with recharges. The location is amazing: the sea is practically behind the property, just a few steps away, with clear, clean water. Besides the private area, there are also free beach zones where you can set up towels and umbrellas. Another strong point is the hospitality. Maksim is very sociable, always available, and does everything to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast prepared by Andrea was rich and abundant, both sweet and savory, with fruit, sweet and savory pastries, and various fresh homemade dishes. You can also dine in the property: Maksim is a chef and cooks personally. We ate very well and it was definitely an added value to our stay. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the week and would gladly return!

The best part was the location, a beach wonder just 1 minute away. The guy who served us breakfast and handed us the keys on arrival was very friendly. The worst part was the awful noise from the air‑conditioners, especially at night. In the 7 days we stayed, they cleaned the room only once, and even that was not enough to leave fresh towels.
