The hotel sits right in the city center, but the towels were so worn that they looked dirty.

The location is central and the price is fair, yet it feels more like an old-fashioned place than a proper four‑star hotel and there’s no separate shower.

We got in late and the 24‑hour check‑in worked fine; the staff were very helpful, breakfast was tasty, the room was spacious with a mini‑fridge, the bed was comfy, and there’s private parking for guests. The shower lacks a partition screen, but that’s normal in Bulgaria.
