I spotted a nice view over the Plaza der Armas, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety, everything was very clean, and the shower was good. Parking was a bit tricky because the hotel sits in a very central spot and the surrounding streets are narrow, but the staff helped us locate a nearby garage where we could park.

Everything about the hotel was perfect: great location, lovely large rooms with a view over Plaza, comfortable beds, and tasty breakfast. Nothing negative.

The hotel was an excellent property right in the heart of Puno. The rooms were clean and basic, the reception was friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was great with same‑night delivery. Nothing to complain about.
