The location, facilities, staff, and food were all great, and the beds were comfortable—nothing to dislike.

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly, which is great for families with young kids. I couldn’t find any faults with the property, although it may not be ideal if you’re looking for a quiet private getaway.

Everything needed for a family holiday was present, the breakfasts were tasty and varied, the animation programme was good, the staff were very friendly and caring, and the transfer from the island to the hotel and back was convenient—there was nothing negative.

“Great place. Management of check-in and checkout needs improvement”

The pool and buffet were good, the bubble bar staff were friendly, and the chef at the Indian dinner buffet made a special cheese naan for my daughter, which was great; however, the account management was poor, the check‑in and check‑out process was bad, and we had to pay as we went, which was not ideal.
