The location is excellent, right next to the BEXCO conference center. The room was spacious with many facilities. There is no breakfast, but the coffee shop in the lobby works well. The connection to the airport and other parts of the city is good. Nearby are several good restaurants, and for tourist visits other neighborhoods in Busan are livelier. The lobby is unmanned, so contact is only via app or email. The lack of a breakfast restaurant was mitigated by the coffee shop.

“Comfortable, central, convenient”

It’s central to various things, but room services could be better.

The location, two bottles of water daily abd clean towels. Cleaning of the room is not done daily apart from emptying the bins. The linen was not changed in the 6 nights I slept there. The reliannce on AI and middleman makes the whole experience bad. With poor communication, misinformation and lack of accountability. Soap not replenished
