The River Kwai Resotel is a villa-style resort situated on the banks of the Kwai Noi River in Kanchanaburi, surrounded by tropical forests and mountains. Guests can enjoy a Thai herbal massage, tours, and international cuisine at the jungle-styled restaurant, with easy access to Saiyok National Park and Lawa Cave.

The property is spacious with cabins spread out. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the luggage transport from the parking lot to the reception is provided by bike. The restaurant is nice, but it’s very geared toward western tourists.

Because of the floods we couldn’t stay at River Kwai Resotel, but the situation was handled perfectly. We were politely informed and moved to Comsaed River Kwai Resort for the same dates, a beautiful resort that was even more luxurious than our original booking. Everything was arranged smoothly, so we still had a great stay. Compliments for the excellent service! The only disappointment was missing the unique experience of River Kwai Resotel and its riverside location, which was unavoidable due to the floods.
