I had to cancel the reservation because the rooms promised were not available; the property kept a Rs 2000/- advance and now refuses to refund it—help is needed. Their behaviour was unacceptable.

The location is excellent, and the property is well maintained and managed. Nothing else to add.

The location is good, and both the staff and the owner of the Lodge are very helpful; the rooms are newly built and both the room and toilet were very clean. However, there should be a basin in the room or toilet.
