I stayed in a very roomy room, but it had no soundproofing so I could hear every noise from the floor below and even people passing by talking loudly. The shower area wasn’t clean either.

“Exvellent place of wonderful design for a perfect stay.”

The place was gorgeous and stylish, with a unique design, and the owners were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, and the view of the Huluganga river was lovely. The shower was great, but the rooms and bathrooms weren’t very clean.

“The worst accommodation experience”

The room had a nice style and plenty of space. I booked because of the good rating, but the accommodation was dirty—dust, dirty windows, trash around the property, and disgusting bedsheets. We asked for new sheets after finding dog fur, yet received sheets with hair and large black and brown spots. The Wi‑Fi never worked during our stay, even though it was promised to be fixed. There were no toiletries, only a half‑piece of dried soap, and the toilet leaked onto the floor and smelled bad. A dog barked all evening and morning, and the owners’ clothes were hanging to dry everywhere. For five people we booked a double deluxe and a family room that could hold seven. Our driver stayed in the family room and we had to pay an extra $10 for that, even though the listing said the accommodation for six people cost only $1.5 more than for five. Absolutely not recommended.
