The location was spot on, really convenient for getting around.
The staff here are fantastic - super friendly, attentive, polite, and kind.
The breakfast was actually pretty good, but that's where the positives end.

The large room with a balcony was clean to Brazilian standards and the breakfast was tasty, so I rate it 10.0/10.

Only the location was decent. The service, breakfast, and accommodation had a leaking bathroom, and even though we were told it was fixed, it wasn’t, so I give it 4.0/10.
The service was good, the people were polite and helpful, so I give it an 8.0/10.

The location was good, but the room was small, lacked ventilation, felt like a basement, was close to the stairs and a common area, and therefore was very noisy, giving a 7.0/10.

The location was fine, but the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had two nights booked and paid for but only stayed one. We arrived very late and when we tried to shower the hot water wouldn’t come on. We told reception, and an operator came in and out of the room for a while. They couldn’t change our room. I’m still waiting for the bill that they said would be sent by email or WhatsApp, so I give it 1.0/10.
