The manager and staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional for a hospitality setting. The manager himself is rude and unwelcoming, which makes me wonder how he got the job.

It’s very basic but satisfied my needs; there’s free parking, a short drive to good restaurants near Kollam beach, and the ground‑floor room had good air‑conditioning, decent beds, a bath with no issues, and no noise, plus friendly staff. A small convenience store sits right opposite.
