The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, rooms are spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the value for money is great. No problems to report.

A solid apartment for the price—everything was spotless, cozy, and in good shape. It had all the essentials, the spot was handy, and the whole stay felt pleasant. Worth every cent, and I’d suggest these apartments to anyone heading to Istanbul.

“For the same money, go somewhere else”

The spot is pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only had one set of towels when we arrived; after telling the receptionist, he handed us another right away. The cleaner was just as accommodating. We got a thin blanket on the first night—maybe it had been warmer before we got there—but after chatting with her, she swapped it for a thicker one, and she checks in daily to make sure we’re set. On the downside, the stove and pots are rusted and damaged, the hood lights are dead, the floor is peeling, the shower lacks a door so water splashes everywhere, the shower head leaks on the side and can’t be used—only the rain shower works, which sends water even farther without a door. The hair dryer handle is broken and smells bad. One morning there was no water with no warning. We shut the living room door and it locked itself. Wi‑Fi was terrible and kept dropping. The hallway light can’t be turned off. The walls are paper‑thin, letting you hear conversations from inside and outside clearly.

“Decent for the price and location”

The room was decent, the location great, and the staff were fantastic—10 out of 10 for them. However, it stayed noisy until about 2 am, the bathroom had a strong musty odor, the bed cover wasn’t large enough, and the kitchen was unusable.
