“もう泊まらない。”

I was not impressed. The staff showed no consideration for families with small children and told me they would confiscate my food, which I found unbelievable since I had already paid for it. I almost complained right there.

The on‑site hot spring was nice, but the view was mediocre.

“Great place to stay for an authentic Japanese experience”

The place is clean, well-designed, with two hot springs (each has both an indoor and outdoor bath), there’s wifi and parking, friendly, helpful and polite staff and great value for money. 24-hour convenience store and cafes nearby as well as a bus and train station. There’s only one thing I can mention that can be improved: when a customer who has breakfast only paid arrives after a very long journey, it would be nice if the hotel could make dinner if the customer is willing to pay. Other than that, everything was excellent

“満足です。”

The location is unbeatable. The toilets, however, were not washlets; while all rooms might not be feasible, at least one floor should have a washlet available.
