The staff at the reception were genuinely friendly, but it felt like their manager didn’t value them at all. Finding the place was a hassle because there are two listings with the same name, and breakfast never showed up – they blamed a missed message from the owner. On top of that we were double‑booked, got the wrong invoice, dealt with a broken tap, and nobody answered our calls.

The stay was just okay – the room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable for a short break. Nothing really stood out, but it served its purpose.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the facilities – pool, gym, and common areas – were all in good shape. I felt taken care of throughout my visit.
