Our experience at this hotel was disastrous, with the hotel canceling our booking at the last minute. Despite our exhaustion after a 9-hour flight, we were told that there were no rooms available, and our booking had been canceled due to a supposed lack of family rooms. The alternative room offered was unacceptable, with only one bed and a suggestion that our child sleep in a chair.

“The room is clean and spacious, but still rooms to improve their services”

Although the hotel room was clean and well-maintained, the hotel's location was a bit far from the subway station, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the real issue was the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff, who failed to provide the assistance we needed.
