“A nightmare”

The location is close to the airport. However, this place is what Koreans call a “love hotel,” not a normal hotel. We didn’t receive sheets and only got one towel. Check‑in was difficult because no one spoke English, so we left without sheets or proper linen. The bathroom sink leaked and water seeped onto the floor.

The bathtub and shower were roomy, though the staff spoke no English; we eventually sorted everything out.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities: a kettle, mini fridge, sofa, small table, vanity, mirror, hairdryer, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. Every day the fridge was restocked with bottled water. Upon arrival you get a small kit with toothbrushes and other little things, plus shampoo and shower gel. It’s convenient that one remote controls the TV, air‑conditioning, and lights. You can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was very roomy. Unfortunately, the steam sauna in the bathroom didn’t work, which I’d have liked to try. I also found it disappointing that there was no towel rack in the bathroom to hang a towel. The room was dark, but that was due to blackout curtains on the windows. The curtains were great for sleeping, but you couldn’t get rid of the darkness during the day, so the room stayed dark. It’s far from attractions and amenities like pharmacies, convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants; you’re at least half an hour away by public transport. Luckily there’s a bus stop just a 2‑minute walk away. The hotel could have been cleaner; it wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either.
