Location, clean, nice house. A lot of people made noise when we were sleeping… it’s all very close no privacy

The place was spotless, spacious, and the owner was friendly and easygoing, making my time there comfortable; the garden flowers were strikingly beautiful, and both dinner and breakfast featured generous amounts of home‑grown vegetables and fruit that tasted fantastic. I did notice there was no bedside lamp and the air‑conditioner remote was absent, which made it a bit warm.

The garden and the building are incredibly stylish, and the fixtures feel like something you’d only find in a cutting‑edge hotel, with a strong shower flow and plenty of water that made my stay very comfortable. Every spot offered a soothing view, and the owner’s hospitality was absolutely delightful; breakfast was outstanding, especially the jam made from garden fruit and the homemade yogurt. After hearing the owner’s plans for continual upgrades, I’m certain I’ll be back.

The property is in an excellent location with a view of the panoramic flower fields, this includes a 2 minute walk to the site. The property also has a full kitchen and excellent facilities (bathroom, shower, laundry). The property appears to be under a huge renovation. This resulted in a lot of activity at the house. This did not bother my group of 3 but it could bother some. Given the progress, I would expect improvements to finish in December of 2025. In addition, the property didn’t have any food available as the restaurant was closed and the fridge was not stocked. The closest food of any kind is 30 minutes away in Biei. This should be accounted for when booking the property
