“Dont use booking”

I didn’t actually stay there. I was charged for a room I never checked into through the booking system. The hotel had no working pool or hot tub, and I spent 35 minutes in the lobby without ever seeing an employee.

The room was clean, had more amenities than I expected, and the staff were awesome. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return on another trip. The air conditioner made a high‑pitch squeal that was very noisy, the pull‑out sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and the continental breakfast was just okay.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The staff were very attentive, always asking if you needed anything, and overall friendly. I felt the pool wasn’t cleaned properly: we went in the day we arrived and found a broken float at the bottom, and the next day it was still there, indicating the pool wasn’t cleaned.

“This hotel needs a tremendous amount of work, not recommended, unless you're desperate!”

The only things we liked were the friendly staff and the breakfast. They overbooked and gave us a different room, and we didn’t find out until we arrived. We were supposed to have a two‑bedroom suite, but we had to split our family. The fitness center was extremely run down and filthy, there were no pool towels, and the couch beds were hard as rocks; my kids had to sleep on them, so we asked for a pile of blankets to make it tolerable. Half the hotel was uncomfortably hot. What made the stay worthwhile was the staff’s friendly and positive attitude even after the many complaints from other guests. If it weren’t for that and the late hour, we would have just lost the money and gone elsewhere. The elevator was also broken, icing on the cake.

We were a party of 14. We had 3- 2 bedroom suites all 3 rooms were clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff went above beyond every day we were there. We have traveled as a group for many tournaments and everyone one in our party couldn't stop talking about how amazing the staff was
