“Good location and value with room for improvement.”
The hotel sits in a prime spot, right in downtown Querétaro, close to lovely squares, gardens, and colonial landmarks, yet it stays surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were roomy and spotless, and the lobby, though compact, was nicely furnished and offered free printed materials to take away. Parking isn’t right next door but isn’t far either—about 3.5 blocks away—and it would help if the parking owners updated their faded banner to a street sign that drivers on a busy, tree‑lined downtown street could actually see (see photo); relying on hotel staff who don’t know the parking layout to point out “the guitars hanging by the entrance” isn’t very traveler‑friendly.
