Staying here felt like stepping into a classic Chinese courtyard, yet the rooms are fitted with all the modern comforts you'd expect. Every evening they put on a fascinating demo of Chinese ink making – definitely worth watching. The owner and staff were warm and went out of their way to sort out any issues we ran into. I'd gladly book again if I get the chance.
