I got shocked by the electric shower and the lodge refused to refund me even though I left the accommodation because of that issue (I had booked a single day and didn’t stay). I had to contact the booking platform to get a refund; they tried to send me to a lower‑tier lodge. I ended up staying elsewhere, paying an extra 900, bringing the total to 1,900, and they still wouldn’t refund me. There’s no receptionist, everything is off‑line and unmaintained, the pool water is green and dirty, and the reception area looks like a cement bag in the pictures. The lack of support and the unsafe condition of the place are appalling, even potentially deadly. The photo in the record shows the same situation with tape still on it; I think the shock was less severe because of the tape, but they were already aware and rented it out anyway. Only two chalets exist, one is deactivated, and with no receptionist the place feels very insecure.
