The breakfast was just average, but the location was solid. The so-called “complimentary bbq” turned out to cost me $20, was filthy, and came with no cooking utensils. I suspect the room hadn't been cleaned; the floors were a mess. The office was locked at 5pm even though the website said it stayed open until 9pm, and when I called no one answered. In a family room that held five people there were only two knives and two forks.

Everything was spotless, every utensil was clean and ready to use, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The small kitchen area was handy, but the room needed upkeep—tap washers were broken, Wi‑Fi was weak, and there was a spoon stuck in the bathroom fan that kept the vanes open.
