“Disappointing for a luxury hotel”
The staff was very pleasant, but the property, marketed as luxury, fell short with peeling paint, dirty bathroom grout, and rusty shower rods—nothing that feels luxurious.
“Nice reprieve from traveling in air bnb but the luxury experience fell a bit short.”
The view was amazing and the decor elegant; wait staff at the restaurant and bars were attentive, front desk was very nice, rooms were well appointed, and I really enjoyed the tub in my room, but the jacuzzi spa was closed without prior notice, I never got a turn‑down service, cleaning left a dirty rag on my toiletry bag, and the hallway to my room had a musty mold/mildew smell that affected my asthma.

The pool was great and the location offered a nice view, though a bit far from the city centre. The large hotel felt impersonal, and many rooms faced the parking lot.
