The spot is smack in the middle of gorgeous scenery, and the tiny stone houses that were once falling apart have been lovingly restored by the owners. A quick note to the small restaurant before you arrive and you’ll get a hearty breakfast. It’s a solid base for hikes or guided bird‑watching, especially with the vultures that roam the valley.

We really enjoyed the several rustic houses that were arranged nicely and were very comfortable.
