The only thing I liked was the central spot and the proximity to breakfast bars and dinner restaurants, yet the place is tiny and outdated. The room and furniture were shabby, even my grandmother had newer pieces than those here. Hanging electrical cords dangled from the ceiling in both the room and bathroom. There were no air‑conditioners, only a dusty fan that we never turned on. The curtains were so old I almost touched them, though the windows had been recently replaced.

The hotel sits in the heart of Genoa and the room was spotless, but the décor feels stuck in another era; a full structural and furniture overhaul is needed.

The location in the center is convenient for moving around, but there was no air‑conditioning, no breakfast, the terrace was closed, and a small fridge was missing so we had to fight thirst in the heat by buying ice and putting water and drinks in the sink to keep them cool.
