Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. The hotel is close to Guadalupe Sanctuary, Museo Casa Natal de Morelos, and Morelia Convention Centre, with airport shuttle service available.

The location and the view from the terrace were nice. The room’s coffee maker had mold that never seems to be checked or cleaned. The pool water was super cold, there’s no on‑site parking—you have to pay extra to leave it at the hotel across the street—and a construction next to it blocks all the room’s view.

I didn't like anything at all and I actually want a refund; it wasn't a junior suite, parking costs were extra, the room flooded because the shower was blocked, the whole night I heard the hotel pipes rattling—never list that as an option. I reported it to reception at 7:30 am, and there was no place to eat.

The place was comfortable, clean, and all the facilities were well maintained.

The building is used as a hospital and medical offices, with only floors 14 and 15 for lodging. The hotel and hospital reception share the same area. Kids running around get scolded for making noise because it's a hospital, so it’s not family‑friendly. There’s no restaurant or parking, and I didn’t even go to the pool. I don’t understand why the State Health and Tourism Ministries allow it to operate. The entrance lacks a ramp for the disabled and elderly.
