“Calme , un peu vieilli”

The place is quiet and surrounded by nature, the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the pool is a nice bonus; the room is spacious. The bedding is old, the bed creaks with any slight movement, and the room shares a wall with neighbors, so everything is audible.

Breakfast and dinner buffets are extensive and varied, featuring many local dishes, plenty of fresh fruit, and something new each day; rooms are very large. The hotel staff work hard, but the focus on large tour groups means family facilities are lacking. It's not very child‑friendly, and the pool offers little for kids. Cribs and child chairs exist but are outdated and inflexible. Staff are friendly, yet overall quality is noticeably lower; they are slow to take orders and often forget to refill towels or toilet paper during cleaning. The room, especially the bathroom, feels unhygienic, partly due to rattan trash bins without bags and everything becoming very wet while showering. Rooms are spacious but could provide more storage, shelves, etc.

Very clean and welcoming, staff extremely friendly, good facilities, plentiful and tasty food, and very well served.
