The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was weak and the location was terrible; to reach the upper floor we had to climb a staircase that ran through a closed restaurant opposite the reception, with no BAKIMSIZ and only a PIS. I stayed for two days, and there was an elevator, but it was constantly out of service. When they finally powered it up for a guest with a broken stick, I saw it work, but we were not allowed to use it.
