I was just passing through for one night. The hotel is in the city center, only a few steps from the main square. Across from the hotel there are motorcycle parking spots. The staff were very friendly. Everything was fine.

Everything was fine, suitable for a one‑night stay or a short visit. The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit cool.

I over‑booked the Stadthotel in Judenburg, only to find every door locked when I arrived; no staff were present, the hotel was closed, and there were no instructions for arriving guests. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone either. Luckily I had chosen “pay on arrival,” so I didn’t lose any money, but the hassle and stress of scrambling for another place on the spot were still huge. The service was absolutely subpar and a total no‑go for anyone traveling.
