It was clean and quiet. We had a room that was supposed to sleep 6 but the couch did not pull out. We let our youngest sleep on it solo. If we truly needed the 6th sleeping space, we would have been in a bind

It was clean and comfortable, but the bath fan, heater, and A/C unit were noisy.

The décor, amenities, and breakfast were good, but there was no sofa bed.

The rooms and facilities were clean at all times, the modern cozy vibe, and the staff were welcoming and polite; the cleaning crew was friendly. Breakfast lacked variety, and the pool water was too cold; when I asked to warm it up, no one helped and the pool system seemed down.
