The shop across the street, Stokrotka, saved the stay; the lake, the pier, the pallet benches without mattresses, the room fridge, and the TV programs that received well were all positives, a rarity lately in hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress so soft that the hard floor underneath could be felt, the breakfast was a disaster—arrived at 9:00 and everything was cold, scrambled eggs, leczo, hot dogs, no pancakes, and only enough scrambled eggs for the two of us while we were four people; the staff stopped adding anything after we arrived at 9:00 and finished coffee at 9:30, breakfast ran until 10:00. It was good that the night temperature was 12 °C because there was no air‑conditioning in the room; in summer it would have been a nightmare.

Breakfasts were varied and tasty, but the long‑lasting renovation was a problem; the surroundings were nice but the hotel was already past its prime and needed a lot of improvements—room appearance, we had an apartment that looked like staff rooms; the area was beautiful but the hotel was neglected.

The playground, the view, and the tasty breakfast were positives, but the shower was very small.
