I was really happy with my stay at Ivelia Guest House. The room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, always smiling. The location was super convenient – a forest walk just 100 m away, a lake with a great view, and the town of Dospat only a 10‑minute walk. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and good hospitality.

“Вила Ивелия”

The hosts were extremely welcoming. The yard is well maintained and has a decent kids’ corner – we came with a 1.5‑year‑old and a 2.7‑year‑old, and both could play on their own. The dining area is well equipped, and the apartment was clean and inviting – a great place to relax. The only drawback is the road to the villa: it’s in terrible condition with huge potholes, so a low‑profile car can make the trip a bit of an adventure.

The location was lovely, tucked in a beautiful forest close to the reservoir and the town, and the hosts were kind. Unfortunately, our room was on the ground floor and very noisy – people passed by the window all the time, and the neighboring guest house played loud music until 1 a.m. It was hard to sleep with the curtains open because the courtyard was right in front of the window, and even with them closed you could hear chatter from 7:30 a.m.
