“Muito Satisfatória. Very satisfactory.”
The room was spotless, but the shower drain had a drainage problem.

The place was very clean and conveniently located, though there was no coffee.

The room was clean and spacious, but I was annoyed that a mother with two kids in the accommodation made noise at 22:30 in the shared hallway, then stayed in her own room until 23:30, and the next morning at 6:30 I could hear noise from the neighboring room.

The hotel was warm and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly; the neighborhood is lovely and the city center is easily reachable on foot with a pleasant stroll.

The refrigerator simply didn't work.
