“Soggiorno eccellente nel centro di San Francisco”

The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for walking to Union Square, Chinatown, and the Embarcadero. The area around the hotel is very safe. The hotel itself is very nice and welcoming, with large rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff are kind and helpful. Water bottles are provided with refill options in the hotel. Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but a sandwich can be bought on site from the two available options. The area is still served by many cafés. In the morning the hotel provides hot water for tea and American coffee. The parking cost is a bit high, but there is a public parking nearby for about $40 a day, or you can park for free on the street on Sundays.

“Nice hotel, great stuff, perfect location. Rooms bit dated but overall i recommend.”

The staff were very professional and went above and beyond to welcome us, letting us drop off our bags before check‑in which made the trip much more comfortable. The hotel looks luxurious but some amenities feel a bit dated, and our street‑side room was very noisy at night, so the sleep quality wasn’t the best.

Perfect hotel for discovering SF from the Financial District, very convenient to reach the main sights on foot or by bus. Comfortable hotel. Frankly everything is good. If anything could be improved, maybe a few more comfortable armchairs in the lobby, which gets crowded quickly, but it’s a minor detail.
