I found the place far dirtier than the photos online, so I had to clean my own bed before sleeping. The cleaning was definitely lacking.

“Unprofessional staff, confusing communication, and a disappointing experience overall.”

I booked a room, but a hotel staff member called saying we had reserved a non‑AC room and asked if I wanted to upgrade; the price she quoted over the phone didn't match the rate on our confirmation, so I said I'd check and call back. When I called again to confirm, she was rude, claimed she didn't know the price, and hung up. The number then became unreachable. I later found another number online and spoke to a gentleman who promised to check and call back. When he did, he explained that the earlier quoted price was supposedly per room in USD, but there was actually no room category available at that rate. The final amount he mentioned matched our original booking, which made the whole situation confusing and poorly handled. When we asked why the earlier call had been cut, the same lady came on the line again, denied that the second call ever happened, became aggressive, and told us to cancel the booking, saying they had plenty of other customers. Overall, the communication was very poor, the behavior unprofessional, and there was no accountability. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and ensure all details are clearly confirmed in writing before arrival.
