The spa water was cold, the sauna didn’t heat up, and the men’s and women’s areas were separated; my partner and I had to stay on opposite sides.

The location, restaurant, and large room were all good, yet we were assigned a top‑floor room without air conditioning.

The surroundings are enviable, peaceful, with both indoor and outdoor pools offering plenty of space, so you don’t have to worry about the weather. The relaxation area is very good. The restaurant serves high‑quality food and the breakfast is complete. Hiking options are worth mentioning. Nothing to criticize.
