The location is gorgeous, the room is beautiful, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped. Breakfast is great, with plenty of choices given the size of the dining room, and the staff are friendly. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and found that the reception is closed on Monday and Tuesday afternoons; the self‑check‑in works fine, but the restaurant is also shut on those days. I’d suggest lowering the price a bit for guests staying on those days because part of the service is missing.

The breakfast was excellent and the location is very nice with a stunning view. In room “Lampone” (the smallest of all), the window couldn’t be opened properly because the bed blocked it, and the balcony had kitchen exhaust coming through from the ground floor, so the fumes were noticeable in the room.

The spot is amazing with a gorgeous view, the room is comfy and tidy, and the restaurant food is also great!

The location is great and the facilities are good. Breakfast was quite basic, for example there was no fruit.
