“Definitely never go to this hotel and be very reluctant to book any Comfort Inn”
I was charged $1007.00 for three nights and expected at least a midscale hotel breakfast with a hot buffet and cooked oatmeal. Instead, I received the exact same breakfast as at a Days Inn economy hotel I stayed at recently in GA, but with fewer options. My room had the same layout as the Days Inn, only the Comfort Inn had less furniture—just two beds and one chair at the desk. The floor was never cleaned, and a receipt from a former tenant was still on it when I left. Out of the five toiletries that should be in every hotel room, body lotion was missing; it was at the desk but not placed in the room. The coffee pod station was never restocked, so I had to go to the front desk each morning. Management overcharges for the room type and cuts services to boost profit. Definitely avoid this place. They could have cleaned the room before I arrived and serviced it daily, and they should have provided a full set of toiletries.
