The pillows and beds were good, and the map that included restaurant recommendations from the hotel was excellent. The room was tidy and the service friendly. The street had such a vigorous cleaning schedule that I recommend earplugs.

Comfortable, spacious room. Clean. Excellent location, 5 minutes to the center. Breakfast was great and well organized. Friendly hosts. Florence is close by train. Parking is 50 m from the building.

It felt sweet, family‑run, more like an apartment than a B&B. The room was huge, nicely decorated, and full of natural light. Walking to Pistoia town center was easy, and the train station was a 10‑minute walk away. It was quiet. A communal kitchen offered snacks and tea/coffee for guests. Getting into the building was tricky and I had to lug around three sets of keys. I told the host I might arrive later in the evening, and they informed me 24 hours before that I’d have to pay an extra €20 for late check‑in. There was no breakfast at the B&B or in the building, but we received breakfast vouchers for three cafés outside. No steamer or iron was available, so bring your own if you need one.

The location is ideal for visiting the historic center. It’s hard to find and the reception isn’t open all the time.
