Pablo was patient and understanding, which I really appreciated. However, the bathroom was dirty: the shower doors were full of calcium, the shower floor was black and needed scrubbing, and the room itself was dusty; I have photos proving the mess, and it felt like the cleaning crew only did a half‑job.
We had a clogged toilet. On top of that, an 18‑wheeler occupied the space of ten parking spots, forcing guests to park at CVS overnight and move their cars before 10 am the next day to avoid towing.
“Got to the hotel to be told Booking messed up my reservation after I paid my stay and had my kids. The hotel did not car”
There was no waterslide, as the staff had said, the pool was freezing, and the beds were awful, but the location was good.
“I enjoyed my stay and the fitness center well equipped.”
The coffee was delicious, nothing else worth mentioning. But thirty teenage hockey players from Long Island stayed until midnight.
